Traditional Wu style Taijiquan


In Flow Taiji Center we practice the Traditional Wu Style Taijiquan (吴式太极拳), in cooperation with “Taiji Jing Xiu Tang” of China.

It is a complete system including:

  • Short Form

  • Long Form

  • Fast Form

  • Sword Forms

  • Sabre Form

  • Spear Forms

  • Pushing Hands

One usually begins by studying the Simplified Form which is a shorter version of the Traditional Slow Form, compiled by Masters Wu Yinghua and Ma Yueliang. Then, he can continue with the Traditional 108 Form, the Fast Form, the Weapon Forms and Tuishou (Pushing Hands) of the Wu Style.
